We're in the final stretch of this year's Easter Outreach - our effort to distribute 3,000 Easter dinners to neighbors and build three wells in South Sudan. This week, we'll be packing all of those meals at various sites throughout the city, including two sites in South Philly. Then, this Saturday, we'll be working out of nine sites to deliver these meals to our neighbors. To find out more about the packing and delivery schedules, the different sites, and to sign up to serve, check out the Easter Outreach website.

During Holy Week, we try to draw closer to Christ is his journey to the cross. At Liberti, we'll be doing this through a couple of special services. Join us at 7:00 PM on April 2 for a community Maundy Thursday potluck dinner, and again on April 3 for a Good Friday service. For more details, including specific locations, parking info, and what you can bring on Thursday, please click here.

We're so excited to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus together as a church this Sunday! This is an excellent opportunity to invite friends and neighbors to join us. Just direct them to our website or Facebook page for all of the details!

The women's retreat is a fun and relaxing weekend away where we connect more intimately with God and each other - you don't want to miss it! We'll be heading to Ocean City, NJ again from May 15 - 17, where Julie Van Til will be speaking to us on the topic of "Rhythms of Life - Rhythms of the Sabbath." If you plan on attending, please register by April 22, and consider giving toward the scholarship fund. Click here to learn more and sign up.

2200 Arch Counseling Services, one of Liberti's ministry partners, is hosting psychiatrist Dr. Curt Thompson for a day-long seminar on April 24 at the First Baptist Building. The topic for the day will be "Anatomy of the Soul: Renew Your Mind, Change Your Brain." This is an educational opportunity for clinicians, social workers, lay-leaders, and anyone interested in the relationship between neurobiology and the biblical narrative. Early registration is $35, or $10 for grad students. Click here for more information and to register.
