*home meeting kick-off week... The  week of September 8th, Home Meetings are starting! Home Meetings are  groups of 8-12 people that meet in neighborhood homes to share in  community together and learn about the Gospel each week. The first Home  Meeting of the fall will be a night of food, fun and welcoming! Stay  tuned for more details!

*kids promotion sunday... Please join us next Sunday, September 15th as we celebrate the start of the school year for our Liberti kids as many of them move into their new Sunday school classes. You can celebrate with us during coffee hour where cupcakes and juice will be served!

*fall sermon series “Jesus Uncensored”... Jesus of Nazareth is the single most important person in human history -   and, perhaps the most provocative. Throughout human history, and across  the world, all kinds of people - ancient and modern, liberal and   conservative - have been alternatively intrigued, confused, and offended  by the claims and teachings of Jesus. Whether you are beginning to  explore Christianity, or are a seasoned follower of Jesus, join us as we  take an uncensored look at some of the most outrageous things that he  ever said.

*alpha pregnancy services work day... On Saturday, 9/7 from 10 am to 1 pm at 1601 Lombard Street. Alpha Pregnancy Services is remodeling their basement so they can better serve people in crisis pregnancy situations, so we are hosting a work day to help them complete  this project. If you would like to come and help paint, clean, sort  clothes, or any other task that is needed, please email Elizabeth Harrop  at elizabeth.a.harrop@gmail.com.

*location change... This Sunday, 9/8, our service will be moving across campus to the  McShain Auditorium, due to a Rosemont event taking place in the chapel.  The service will still begin at 11 am, with coffee hour at 10:15. We  suggest using the entrance on Curwen Rd., and parking in the parking lot  next to the tennis courts (click here for a map).
