Reconcile 2015 is a multi-ethnic worship gathering aimed at fostering gospel-empowered racial reconciliation in Philadelphia. Reconcile 2015 is being put on by evangelical leaders in Philadelphia representing many denominations and networks. Please join us Sunday October 18 at Greater Exodus Baptist Church, 704-14 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia at 6PM as we cry out with one voice for the unity of God’s church across racial and ethnic lines.
The first step in becoming a member at Liberti Church is to attend an In-covenant class, an informal time to meet with church leaders to discuss Liberti’s mission and vision. If you attend Liberti and are considering becoming a member, please join us on October 18 immediately following the service to explore becoming In-Covenant! Lunch will be provided. For details and to sign-up, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We hope to see you there!
Join us as Liberti Church serves a fall BBQ to our friends at the CHOC homeless shelter in Norristown on Sunday, Oct. 25. We’ll be joined by Villanova University students from InterVarsity Christian Fellowship that afternoon as we visit the shelter, located at 1001 Sterigere St, Norristown, PA 19401. We’ll be there from roughly2PM- 5PM. We need people to help prepare and serve the meals, as well as those who want to sit with and visit the residents. If you’re interested, contact Barb Delp at email@example.com.
SMALL FRY HALLOWEEN
One of our ministry partners, Small Fry, teaches children and their parents how to cook healthy meals using easily obtainable and inexpensive ingredients. They are hosting a harvest party October 24TH with crafts, pumpkin decorating, costume contests and healthy snacks. There will be a Halloween themed movie with a S'mores bar and freshly popped popcorn. We need plenty of volunteers! Contact Alissa McLaughlin for more details!
