Coordinated Homeless Outreach Center (CHOC) -

1001 Sterigere St., Building 9, Norristown, PA.

Sunday afternoons at 4:30pm on chosen Sundays roughly once per month. Volunteers plan, organize and prepare a special feast with very nice dishes. They provide it to the residents, joining-in themselves in a family-type special meal celebration together where we meet and eat together as friends and equals.

Volunteers offer to pray with residents who sometimes request special prayer.  Prayer cards are distributed at tables with pens.  Residents are encouraged to write down their prayer requests.  Filled-in cards are collected and used by the sponsoring home groups to pray through together.  Some of the feasts are arranged to include many families with children helping to prepare and serve the food. (Families with children always are welcome.)

For more information, please contact Nathalie Wilson.

We have also been working with Bethesda Project to see some of our guests being placed in housing.  We serve about 100 guests every week and need plenty of help to set up, food prep and serve. Join us every Friday morning at beginning at 7 AM at The Gryphon (up stairs) in Wayne, PA for a time for the Men at Liberti Church Mainline to come together to connect, read, discuss and pray for one another. Home Groups
Signing up for a Home Group is open online! The primary way in which the community of Liberti Church connects together is in neighborhood-based groups called “home groups” that meet throughout the week where you can get to know and be known by others as you develop honest relationships and work out together what it means to follow Jesus. Go to libertichurch.org/homegroups to find a group near you.
