Job Duties:

-Monthly newsletter sent out via Mailchimp to large list of donors and prayer partners
-Bi-annual in-print newsletter to all donors
-Send out communication to volunteers when needed
Volunteer Management
-On-Board new volunteers
-Stay on top of leaders’ background checks, clearances and expiration on Young
Life website
-Contact and coordinate with leaders when needed for certain events
Income Processing
-Track donors using Young Life donor systems- PPL, Cash Flow, Giving Reports
-Follow up with lapsed donors, thank new donors
-Stay current with work credit card transactions via Concur
-Update Area Director’s credit card transactions, mileage via Concur
-Reimburse volunteers via Concur
-Keep up with personal Young Life credit card in Concur
-Write grants and other fundraising type letters
-Research and connect with organizations and programs that would be a good fit
-Write thank you notes to donors
-Coordinate the annual Baby Bottle Campaign (possibly share about YoungLives at a
few participating churches)
-Help coordinate a few fundraising events each year
-Raise some personal support ($100-$500/ month)
Club Coordination (Philadelphia Locations: Olney, Kensington and North Broad Street)
-Facilitate communication between diaper bank and all three clubs
-Create yearly calendars and update volunteers with upcoming dates
Contact Work
-Visit a YoungLives club 2-4 times a year
-Attend Committee and Staff meetings occasionally when is needed
-Attend trainings that pertain to the job as needed
General Administration
-Help Area Director by making appointments and keeping calendar
-Work alongside the Committee on various projects
-Ensure all parts of the job are handled with excellence and in a timely manner
-Other tasks as needed by the Area Director
